American Subcontractors Association of Arizona’s Superintendent of the Year

Tom Rose’s selection as Superintendent of the Year by the American Subcontractors Association of Arizona reflects a career defined by leadership, reliability, and a commitment to excellence. With more than 30 years in the construction industry and over 20 years with Concord, Tom has consistently raised the standard on every project he leads.

His recent work on the Saguaro Creek K-8 School for Vail School District is a testament to his collaborative leadership and attention to detail. Tom fostered a jobsite culture rooted in communication, accountability, and respect, helping the project finish on time and supporting a smooth closeout.
