Concord Employee Owners work hard and play harder. Our team is formed from diverse backgrounds, locations, personalities, and expertise, but at the beginning of each day we come together as a team to make every project a success.
What It Means to Be an Employee Owner
As an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) company, every employee of Concord is an Owner. Employee Owners are invested in every aspect of the business, taking extra care and attention to detail in everything we do because at the end of the day our actions affect our bottom line as well as the client’s.

Ted Knisely, Mohave Business Lead
Shaping Concord’s Future in Mohave County
There is a lot to celebrate for Employee Owner Ted Knisely. This year marks his 20-year anniversary with Concord, along with his recent promotion from General Superintendent to Mohave Business Lead. Ted has played a key role in building Concord’s presence in Mohave County, and this milestone comes at an especially exciting time.
Under his leadership, the team celebrated the grand opening of our new Lake Havasu City office, a major milestone after more than a decade in a shared space. With Ted leading the charge, the Mohave team is just getting started!
