After ten years of inactivity, the park is now welcoming dozens of campers!
The Cattail Cove State Park project delivered critical upgrades to the park’s water and wastewater infrastructure. The work included new water filtration and wastewater treatment systems, three new water tanks, and upgraded pumps, booster stations, and a park-wide SCADA system integrating all lift stations and water sources.
Additional site improvements included five new premanufactured concrete restroom buildings, refurbishment of an existing lift station, demolition of outdated facilities, and replacement of the pump at the surface water intake structure.
