Description
This project consisted of demolishing a motel and constructing a 51,500-square-foot residential recovery campus. The campus includes a single-story staff living quarters building with sleeping units, dining and lounge areas, a laundry room, and a partially covered outdoor courtyard. The administration building includes offices, conference rooms, and support spaces. The chapel is a single-story structure featuring an auditorium, chapel space, restrooms, a lobby, and storage areas. Its prominent cross also serves as a structural steel support beam for the roof. Additionally, the campus includes a two-story student services building with a commercial kitchen, living area, classroom, laundry facilities, support service areas, sleeping units, and restrooms.
